In the statement made by the Presidency of Communications, it was announced that 13 documents were signed between the two countries in areas such as energy, transportation, infrastructure, logistics, e-commerce, finance, health, food, tourism, real estate, construction, defense industry, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies, with a total value of $50.7 billion.

It was announced that a $50.7 billion agreement was signed between Turkey and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

According to the statement made by the Presidency of Communications on their social media account, “As a result of the visit of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, to the United Arab Emirates today (July 19), 13 documents have been signed and accepted between Turkey and the UAE in various fields.”

The agreement mentioned that the two sides reached an understanding to establish a “High-Level Strategic Council,” which will be presided over by the President of Turkey and the President of the UAE. It was emphasized that this Joint Understanding elevates the relationship between Turkey and the UAE to the level of strategic partnership.

The statement mentioned, “It has been decided to deepen the existing cooperation in areas such as energy, transportation, infrastructure, logistics, e-commerce, finance, health, food, tourism, real estate, construction, defense industry, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies. The total value of the agreements signed in these areas is $50.7 billion.”
