Halkbank received approval for its 60 billion lira export

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the application of Halkbank for the issuance of debt securities in the amount of 60 billion Turkish liras.

According to the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), the board has approved the following applications:

  1. Formet Metal ve Cam Sanayi’s application for a paid capital increase of 269,065,476 Turkish liras.
  2. Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret’s application for a paid capital increase of 2,400,000,000 Turkish liras.
  3. Europap Tezol Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret’s application for a paid capital increase of 220,000,000 Turkish liras.
  4. Tukaş Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret’s application for a bonus capital increase of 981,540,000 Turkish liras.
  5. Info Yatırım Menkul Değerler’s application of 400,000,000 Turkish liras.
  6. Çağdaş Faktoring’s application of 250,000,000 Turkish liras.
  7. Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler’s application of 1,000,000,000 Turkish liras.
  8. Garanti Filo Yönetim Hizmetleri’s application of 1,000,000,000 Turkish liras.
  9. Türkiye Halk Bankası’s application for the issuance of debt securities in the amount of 60 billion Turkish liras.

The board has also decided to initiate the necessary legal procedures to block access to 24 websites that have been identified as providing leveraged trading services to residents of Turkey through the internet.
