IMF raises Turkey growth forecast

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) raised its 2024 growth forecast for Turkey to 3.1 percent in its World Economic Outlook Report. The institution also revised its global growth forecast for 2024 upwards.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) World Economic Outlook Report reported that the Turkish economy is expected to grow by 3.1 percent this year and 3.2 percent next year.

In last year’s forecasts, the IMF had predicted that the Turkish economy would grow by 3 percent in 2024 and 3.2 percent in 2025.
