Tek Gıda İş Union decides to strike at Anadolu Efes

Tek Gıda İş Union announced that a strike decision has been taken in the ongoing collective bargaining process with Anadolu Efes.

The strike decision was taken after the 26th Term Collective Labor Agreement negotiations between Tek Gıda İş Union and Anadolu Efes Biracılık Ve Malt San. A.Ş. since the beginning of October ended in disagreement and a strike decision was taken.

In this context, Tek Gıda İş Union announced that it has decided to strike in Anadolu Efes’ workplaces operating in Izmir, Ankara, Adana, Konya, Afyonkarahisar and Bilecik and posted the decision in all workplaces, while Anadolu Efes also made a statement.

In the statement made by the company on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was informed that the collective labor agreement negotiations between the company and Tek Gıda-İş Union are continuing within the framework of the legal calendar.

In the statement, “It was announced by Tek-Gıda-İş Union that a strike decision was taken in our production facilities on January 29, 2024 and if no agreement is reached, a strike will be held on February 26, 2024. Negotiations with Tek-Gıda İş Union to sign a collective labor agreement are still ongoing and the developments regarding the process will be disclosed to the public within the framework of the relevant regulations.”
