The real sector confidence index declined in July

The real sector confidence index published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey declined to 106.8. However, the capacity utilization rate increased.

According to the data from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, the seasonally unadjusted Real Sector Confidence Index decreased by 1.4 points to 106.8 compared to the previous month.

In May, the Real Sector Confidence Index had reached a peak of 108.3 in the past year.

The seasonally adjusted Real Sector Confidence Index also decreased by 0.8 points to 104.9 compared to the previous month.

An increase in capacity utilization was observed.

According to the data in the manufacturing industry, the seasonally adjusted Capacity Utilization Rate increased by 0.3 percentage points to reach 76.9% compared to the previous month.

The seasonally unadjusted Capacity Utilization Rate also increased by 0.3 percentage points to reach 77.1% compared to the previous month.
