The Turkish budget had a deficit of 206.3 billion TL in June.
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance announced the cash transactions for the month of June.
According to the announcement, last month the Treasury’s cash revenues amounted to 295 billion 499 million lira, while cash expenditures reached 501 billion 829 million lira.
Non-interest expenditures amounted to 480 billion 258 million lira, while interest payments totaled 21 billion 571 million lira. The non-interest balance resulted in a deficit of 184 billion 759 million lira.
In terms of cash balance for this month, there was a deficit of 206 billion 330 million lira.
The increase resulting from exchange rate differences amounted to 85 billion 668 million lira, and there was also a decrease of 67 billion 394 million lira in the cash/bank net account.
