Trendyol plans to enter the Ukrainian market

Having recently entered Germany, Azerbaijan, Gulf Countries, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Trendyol plans to enter the Ukrainian market.

Çağlayan Çetin, President of Trendyol Group, the e-commerce platform majority-owned by Chinese company Alibaba, and Haluk Bayraktar, CEO of Baykar, one of the technology and defense industry companies, met with high representatives of the Ukrainian Government in Kiev.

During the meeting, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svrydenko and Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Alexander Kamyshin discussed the international investment plans of Baykar and Trendyol companies.

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine Svrydenko said that it is important that Turkish companies are preparing to invest in Ukraine without waiting for the end of the war.

According to the statement made by the company, Trendyol plans to invest in digital and logistics infrastructure in Ukraine as in all new markets, and its warehouse in Poland with a stock capacity of 3 million will provide a significant advantage in its activities in the region.
