Two state-owned banks, Vakıfbank and Halkbank, which held their general assembly meetings in recent days, decided not to distribute profit shares this year.

According to the disclosure made by Türkiye Halk Bankası to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that the real estate sale gain realized during the period will continue to be tracked in the special funds account, with the amount of 132,354,982 Turkish Liras, which is 50% of the exemption amount specified in Article 5/1-e of the Corporate Tax Law No. 5520.
