Ziraat Bank will refinance the 367-day, two tranche loan it provided last year.
According to Bloomberg, the institutions and coordinators who collected demand were Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Emirates NBD.
ESG coordinators were Emirates NBD, First Abu Dhabi Bank, StanChart, SMBC.
The margin was stated as Sofr+200 for the dollar and Euribor+175 for the euro. The upper level total cost was recorded as 250 basis points for the dollar and 225 basis points for the euro.
Ziraat Bank had secured a syndicated loan of 423 million dollars and 779 million euros in April last year.
