According to the statement made by Bosch Fren to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company has decided to increase its capital by capital increase, with the ‘Bonus Share Acquisition Rate from Internal Resources’ being 1125 percent.
It was stated that it was decided to increase the issued capital of the company, which is 2 million 500 thousand TL within the registered capital ceiling of 450 million TL, by 28 million 136 thousand 683 TL (at the rate of 1.125,46732 percent) to 30 million 636 thousand 683 TL, all of which is covered by internal resources.
In the statement, it was stated that it was decided to “carry out the necessary transactions regarding the transfer of the positive differences of the capital adjustment subject to the increase to the capital account and to certify it with a financial consultancy report, to carry out the necessary transactions before the Capital Markets Board, Central Registry Agency A.Ş. and other relevant institutions and organizations for the realization of the capital increase from internal resources and to authorize the company management in this context”.
