Reeder is going public with Reecoin.
The following statement was made on the public disclosure platform made by the company.
Our company closely follows the developments in blockchain technology on a global scale. In order to use blockchain technologies in the marketing and sales programs of the products we manufacture and sell, Reeder Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, a subsidiary of our Company, has decided to make an ICO (Initial Coin Offering / Digital Asset Initial Public Offering) under the name of “Reecoin” and for this purpose, an agreement dated today (14.02.2024) has been signed between Reeder Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, a subsidiary of our Company, Bitexen Teknoloji AŞ and Exenpay Teknoloji AŞ. The initial public offering of the digital asset is planned to be completed by the end of February 2024 and the White Paper document regarding the issuance will be published on the website http://reecoin.io.
In accordance with the Capital Markets Board’s Communiqué on Material Events numbered II.15-1, information will continue to be provided on the developments regarding the subject.
