Strike ended at Erciyas Çelik Boru factories

Erciyas Çelik Boru announced that the collective bargaining negotiations with the United Metalworkers Union have been concluded positively and the strike in its factories has ended.

The statement made by Erciyas Steel Pipe is as follows;

“Our company Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi A.Ş. and Birleşik Metal-İş Union are in the process of negotiating the collective labor agreement,

-In our PDP disclosure dated 17.01.2024, it was announced that a strike decision was taken by the United Metal-İş Union with an implementation date of January 31, 2024;

-We announced that the strike decision was taken at D-100 Karayolu Üzeri Kirazlı Köyü Mevkii Merkez/DÜZCE and Mersin Tarsus Organized San. Region Rüştü Kazım Yücelen Cad. Akdeniz/MERSİN in our PDP disclosure dated 31.01.2024; -In our PDP disclosure dated 31.01.2024

was announced to the public.

The collective labor agreement negotiations between our Company and Birleşik Metal-İş Union have been concluded with an agreement on 14/02/2024.

As a result of the reconciliation, the negotiations were concluded at the D-100 Karayolu Üzeri Kirazlı Köyü Mevkii Merkez/DÜZCE and Mersin Tarsus Organized Industrial Zone Rüştü Kazım Yücelen Cad. Region Rüştü Kazım Yücelen Cad. Akdeniz/MERSİN, the strike decision applied in our factories located at Akdeniz/MERSİN addresses has been lifted.

Manufacturing/production activities will continue in our factories.”
