Arena signed a distributorship agreement with Telpa for the sales and distribution of “General Mobile” branded products.
Arena gave the following information about the distributorship agreement on the public disclosure platform.
“An agreement has been signed between our company and Telpa Telekomünikasyon Ticaret A.Ş. for the Mixed Channel sales and distribution of “General Mobile” branded products to be carried out by Arena Connect, our 100% subsidiary. The new agreement aims to create a more integrated distribution and sales network through an innovative structure that will enable the brand to reach a wider market. In the light of this development, we believe that the business model of the brand will be further strengthened and new and exciting opportunities will be created for the companies in the Mixed Channel.”
