The size of Bor Şeker’s public offering amounted to TL 1.86 billion, with demand from 2.6 million people.
In the public offering of Bor Şeker A.Ş. shares, the demand collection procedures on February 7-8-9, 2024 were completed and the shares with a nominal value of TL 70 million were distributed to investors.
According to the disclosure made to KAP by Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler, the intermediary of the transaction, in the public offering of Bor Şeker shares, a total nominal demand of 276,480,745 TL was collected, including 74,181,414 TL in the domestic individual investor category, 638,711 TL in the investor category consisting of employees and farmers, 176,410,620 TL in the domestic institutional investor category, and 25,250,000 TL in the foreign institutional investor category.
In the public offering of Bor Şeker’s shares with a public offering size of TL 1,857,800,000 and a nominal value of TL 70,000,000, 2,598,451 shares were distributed to domestic individual investors, 273 shares to investors consisting of employees and farmers, 198 shares to domestic institutional investors and 8 shares to foreign institutional investors, totaling 2,598,930 investors.
The allocation rates were realized as 59.09 percent for domestic retail investors, 0.91 percent for investors consisting of employees and farmers, 30 percent for domestic institutional investors and 10 percent for foreign institutional investors.
