Borsa Istanbul announced that “Short Sale and Credit Transaction Prohibition”, “Gross Settlement” and “Restriction of Transmitting Orders via Internet” measures will be applied for 1 month against 11 people related to the transactions of seven stocks.

In the statement made by Borsa Istanbul to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that “Short Sale and Credit Transaction Prohibition”, “Gross Clearing and Settlement” and “Restriction of Transmission of Orders from the Internet” measures will be applied for 1 month against 11 persons related to CEOEM, GEREL, EDATA, PCILT, BEYAZ, CUSAN, SANKO share transactions.

“Within the framework of Article 5 of the Directive on Surveillance Measures to be Applied in Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. Markets, Ceo Event Medya A.Ş. (CEOEM), Gersan Elektrik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (GEREL), E-Data Teknoloji Pazarlama A. Ş. (EDATA), Pc İletişim ve Medya Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (PCILT), Beyaz Filo Oto Kiralama A.Ş. (BEYAZ), Çuhadaroğlu Metal Sanayi ve Pazarlama A.Ş. (CUSAN), Sanko Pazarlama İthalat İhracat A. Ş. (SANKO) shares market, “Short Sale and Credit Transaction Prohibition”, “Gross Settlement” and “Restriction of Transmission of Orders via Internet” measures will be applied for 1 month as of 20/02/2024 for the orders and transactions of the investors named below in the Equity Market of our Exchange due to their orders and transactions specified in Article 6 of the Directive.”
