Koç Holding reported that the sale of a total of 49.04 percent of Tat Gıda capital and 15 founding usufruct shares to Memişoğlu Tarım Ürünleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi and the transfer and payment transactions have been completed.
In the statement made by Koç Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), “Regarding the sales process of the shares of Tat Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. (Tat Gıda), one of our subsidiaries, as stated in our material event disclosure dated 08.01. 2024 dated 08.01.2024 regarding the sale process of the shares of Tat Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. (Tat Gıda), one of our subsidiaries; the transfer and payment transactions have been completed with the sale of the shares owned by Koç Group companies including our Company, Arçelik and Aygaz, Koç Family Members, foundations related to Koç Group, corresponding to a total of 49.04 percent of Tat Gıda capital, as well as 15 founder usufruct certificates to Memişoğlu Tarım Ürünleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi.”
“The share transfer price determined as 80 million 915 thousand 335.72 dollars for the total 49.04 percent of Tat Gıda shares subject to transfer will be subject to adjustment over the net debt and net working capital amounts in the independently audited financial statements to be prepared based on the closing date,” the statement said.
