Erdemir decided to submit a dividend payment proposal of net TL 0.45 for 2023.
In the statement made by the Erdemir to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that it was decided to offer a net dividend of TL 0.45 per share with a nominal value of TL 1 for 2023.
In the statement, it was decided to submit the dividend distribution date to the approval of the General Assembly at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held in March 2024, taking into account the cash projection of the company.
Capital increase by bonus issue was also decided
In a separate statement made to KAP, the company stated that the board of directors decided to increase the capital by bonus issue.
According to the statement, the company reported that it was decided to increase its capital of TL 3.5 billion by 100 percent to TL 7 billion by covering the inflation adjustment differences, and to distribute the shares to be formed as a result of the increase to the shareholders as bonus shares.
