Turkish Bottle and Glass Factories (Şişecam) announced that it has increased its shares in Turkish technology company ICRON from 13.05 percent to 15.66 percent through a capital increase.
In the statement made by Şişecam to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the capital increase and amendment of the articles of association, which was announced to the public with a material event disclosure dated January 15, 2024, was carried out to increase the capital of ICRON only by Şişecam Investment B.V. by participating in return for USD 5 million.
The trade registry registration process regarding the contract amendment has been completed and Şişecam Investment B.V.’s share in ICRON has increased to 15.66 percent,” the statement said.
